It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. The main unit works fine and feels straightforward to use. That said, the attachments are just okay and don’t feel as versatile as I was hoping. It’s useful for basic stuff, but I do wish there were more options or better flexibility.

I don’t know, maybe I just got a bad one, but the build quality felt kind of cheap to me. After using it for a little while, some parts started feeling loose and worn out. I really thought it would last longer than it did, so yeah, I’m disappointed with the durability.

I was already kind of worn out from dealing with so many apps and support pages lately, and this didn’t help. The site was confusing to navigate, and once I actually used the product, it just didn’t feel comfortable. The buttons were awkward, my hand got tired fast, and overall it felt like more effort than it was worth. I probably wouldn’t use it again

I had to reach out to customer service about a warranty issue, and while they did eventually respond and get everything sorted out, the whole thing felt a bit drawn out. It took a few back-and-forth emails, which got frustrating after a while. I’m glad it was resolved in the end, but i wish the process had been smoother and less stressful.

I got the Vybe percussion massager hoping it would finally help with my shoulder and back pain, but it just didn’t really deliver for me. It definitely feels powerful when you use it, but any relief I got faded after a few minutes, if that. I kept trying it for about a week because I figured maybe I just needed to be patient with it, which was annoying because I was already in pain and didn’t want to wait around hoping it might start working. Eventually I stopped using it. For pain relief, it wasn’t worth it for me.

I was hoping for more power. The massage felt really weak. Even on the highest setting, I could barely feel it.

Tried it at home, but the noise is just too much. Not really usable indoors for me.

The battery life has been disappointing. It dies way faster than I expected, even with normal use. I tried reaching out for help, but the email responses felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer my questions. Overall, not a great experience.
